Michael Maxwell, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician and
is the Medical Director of Johns Community Hospital’s Emergency Room.
He received his undergraduate degree from Angelo State University in San
Angelo, Texas. Dr. Maxwell completed his post graduate education at
Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He did his internship and
family practice residency at Texas A & M University College of
Medicine/Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.
Dr. Maxwell is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas
Medical Association, and Williamson County Medical Society. He was the
President of the Scott & White Residents-House Staff Association and is
a diplomat of the American Board of Family Practitioners.
Dr. Maxwell sees patients in the emergency room as well as patients
admitted to the hospital.
