The Hospital

Johns Community Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital with 24-hour Emergency Room Service.

Radiology, Laboratory, Surgery, Intensive Care/Cardiac Care, Pediatrics, Skilled Nursing and Intermediate Care available around the clock.

Additional services include: Discharge Planning, Health Education, Inpatient Pharmacy, Nutrition Counseling, Respiratory Therapy, and Social Service Consultation.

Our professional staff provides the most up-to-date medical care for you or your loved one with skill and compassion.

Johns Community Hospital is a not-for-profit organization, so all generated income goes back into the facility for operating expenses and new equipment. We are a local organization focused on serving the needs of Taylor and the surrounding areas. The hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Emergency Services

The Emergency Room is a Level IV Trauma Center staffed 24 hours a day with qualified physicians and nurses to handle your emergency needs. Thrombolytic Therapy is available for treatment of heart attack.

Out of respect for your busy schedule, we have gone out of our way so you don't have to. Many diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures are performed on an outpatient basis, saving you precious time and money.
