Dr. Hays is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UT Austin. He completed medical
school at UT Houston. He spent several years at Baylor College of Medicine in
Houston where he completed his internship, residency and cardiology fellowship.
While at Baylor, he trained in all aspects of non-invasive cardiology and
served as chief resident for Internal Medicine in 1989. Dr. Hays is
Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He is a fellow of The American College of Cardiology.
He is an active member of local and state Medical Societies.
